Registering your product simplifies support requests and helps us provide you better service under warranty or contract.
Once your product is registered, Mindways Representatives can identify your facility, product version, covered services, and support history from just the phantom serial number. This saves time and ensures our personnel have all the information necessary to best assist you.



Registration is not required for customers located in the European Union or the United States of America. Registration is not required for claims under the product limited warranty and does not change the terms of the product limited warranty or End User License Agreement. Registration is not a contract for services. By registering your product, you agree to processing of your data in accordance with Mindways’ Data Protection Policy.
